    Return Conditions

    Non-returnable Items

    Return Process

    3. Return Address: After confirmation, we will send you the return address and detailed instructions.
    4. Return Shipping: Please return the item within 15 days from receiving return confirmation and provide a tracking number for the return.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) and where the order has not been canceled, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    Restocking Fee

    • We do not charge any restocking fees.

    Refunds
